8 year old Sulcata for Sale 
I have a approx. 45/50 lbs 8 year old female sulcata. Whilst it’s nearly breaking my heart thinking about selling her, her size and living in Michigan forces me to start looking for a home for her in warmer areas or with someone that dedicates as much time and love to a turtoise as I have been. Erving’s never been sick, she is strong, seems quite happy and is definitely healthy. She’s been getting as much of appropriate care as possible in MI, weekly baths, the desert grasses and greens she needs for a healthy life etc. You might be able to tell that my most urgent concern is to find someone that doesn’t neglect her after a while due to her size and the work involved. Please contact me if you need further information...I don’t really want to ship her, but rather have someone pick her up or I deliver...

I’m looking for large sulcatas. We own a private zoo in Southern Missouri. I’m the curator and primary care person responsible for all of the collections. We have been wanting to add sulcatas for some time and have been looking into resuces and things. We have a 20x40 heated indoor barn along with a 1 acre grassed outdoor pen. I personally have 20+ years experience with reptiles and two degrees; one in biology with a speciality in herpetology and one in wildlife conservation mangement. Animals are my life and we would give Erving the best home. Let me know.

I use reptiles for educational purposes. I take them to elementary schools and day cares to teach children to love and respect reptiles, not to fear them. The children love the box turtles that I bring, so I know they would really love a magnificent creature like a sulcata tortoise. I live in Tyler TX, I have a BS in Biology and am pursuing a Masters in Biology. If you would like your baby to help spread joy and education to children then I would love to own her and proudly give her the best life I can.

more info about us.. we have a large fenced in back yard good for exercice and she will be fed a variety of healthy fruits and vegetables that we feed our sulcata Skippy. I’m sure they will get along great because Skippy is very friendly and likes to follow people around. I’m sure if we have Erving that she will be treated well and we will keep her nice and clean by showering her under a little sprinkler that skippy loves to run in and sit on. Hello Everyone I am selling a 13 year old Male Tortoise . I am not sure how much he weighs because I moved from Florida to N.Carolina and hoped I would be able to set something up for him but I can’t. So he is in Florida being taken care of by a friend. He had pyramiding when I purchased him eight years ago and it has improved. It is not gone but he has a healthy appetite and grows. I am not sure what to ask for him $$$ so make me a good offer at He is friendly but timid. He has been with a more aggressive female for eight years whom I might also sell. She is amazing and she LOVES to Dig. She digs them a burrow and they sleep in it. She hogs the food and is also 13 years old she is larger and very heavy.
