I do not know much about box turtles especially malaysian’s. however I did look around the internet and do alittle research. From what I read they are somewhat aquatic and should be kept in a enclosure that is 1/3 - 1/2 water, with the water deep enough for them to cover themselves completely InfoMore info I tried to find some info about the bathroom thing, I would suggest posting on turtletimes.com in the box turtle forum and they would help.
