Is there anything that I can use to get the waterspots off the top of my glass? Because it’s making me paranoid! I want to be able to use something that I can use while my tank is setup instead of having to use something and then wash out the whole tank really, really good.

yes clean out the whole cage with vineger and water or wipe out 1 from zoomed.
But its not dangerous. so you can wait till the cage needs cleaning itself
