 Help please

My sister in law has an aquatic turtle. She said that his eye is closed and ???? Anyone know what this might be, and what can be done about it?

The heat or UVB bulb, might be to close move it farther away or leave it off until it goes away.

Vitamin A defeciency and bacterial infection most likely.
Get it to VET
and you can by eyedrops (vitamin A) and other meds and antibiotics you can buy at petstores.
