i heard that turtles smell if i got a filter would they still stink?

If you have good filtration and keep them under the right conditions they do not smell at all

i’m not really sure. i think petsmart or online,maybe on ebay or craigslist.
(my sister’s friend gave one to me so i don’t know where she got it from)
