 Help with red ear slider!!!!!

I have had my red ear slider for a few years now my bro’s girlfriends sister didn’t want her anymore because she didn’t like it and never cleaned her so I took her in. The last few weeks she has been very annoying at night time and day banging up against the glass trying to get my attention. She isn’t hungry and I was wonder if there is anything I can do because she has been keeping me up at night with the banging on the glass. Thnx.

well...
you could put earplugs in like i do when the crickets in my tarantulas tank get to loud. or you could put a back ground on it.
