Snapping turtle Need Help!
I found 2 snapping turtle’s at my grand fathers garage while i was working today. The first one i found seems to be in fine condition and very active the other however is the problem. when i found him he was upside down and not trying to flip himself. They look like hatch lings as they still have the yoke sack under there bellies. He is not active and his left eye stays closed all the time that is my first issue any ideas? Also on the same turtle he does not seem to get the concept of walking... he digs his head into the ground and pushes with his back legs and his front legs do nothing. This is very concerning to me and i would love to hear anyone’s opinion on this. Please Please help... i am also planning on keeping them as pets and would like to know if i could keep them in the same enclosure. They are huddled together right now asleep. one seems to be a common and the other an alligator.
