This does not look like urates to me . If it is the Uro is dehydrated and needs re-hydration . Urates should be white , never yellow . Urates are kinda like solid urine .Snakes and most lizards deposit urates. Try feeding some seedless grapes, cantaloupe and Romain lettuce . You could also offer him a shallow bowl of water for a few hours a day . Be sure and remove it at night . Some Uro’s will lick drops of water off their mouth if you drop a few drops on his lips from a syringe . Be careful not to get it in his nose . Do not soak him . I believe that Uro_fan had a post awhile back with a picture of some thing like this . I am not sure but I think it was hormone built up . I am not a breeder so I am not sure. You might message her if she does not respond to this post ..

Nope, wasn’t me. I do not remember posting anything that looks similar to this or anything regarding a hormone buildup.

It’s sort of difficult to tell too from the photo just what this is...

Is that the true color or an effect of the lighting/photo and it’s not quite that "yellow-orange".

The shape is sort of odd too.

Did you do anything with it? Try to cut it/crush it?

Just curious.....don’t think it could be accurately diagnosed from a photo...

Thats not the post I was thinking of . The person had a picture of what looked like yellow urate but it was actually attached to the Uro. At least I think it was on this forum . I must have been mistaken , sorry . If I find it I will let you know .
