Since these photos always go over so well on this forum, I figured I would add some more for people to enjoy and comment on : )

Here is a picture of our little baby king cobra at work eating one of its favorite meals.

I just got a lot of shots of snakes at work so there will be more to come soon.

And I have to throw in some more cool pics from work. I think our Animal Plastics cages turned out pretty nice. I wish we could put a background in our big king cobra cage like it without the high cost of custom rock work.

Maybe a garter snake instead?

concolor, when I had pics of a snake eating a ball python, they all said corns would be better. If it were a garter snake, the people from that forum would get wind and say it should be ball python.

We don’t pick the food by species unless the snake that is eating it only eats certain kinds of snakes. We go by availability and size of the meal.

Of course, once some scenting starts to work, and even better...the snake eats unscented rodents, we obviously use that as the first choice.
