OT: My introduction of myself and my crew
I have only been on Reptic-zone since December 07. I guess I just wanted to let you know who I am and what I have. I am Accounting Major in College for my Bachelors Degree, and someday my CPA license and a Masters degree in some field (not sure yet). I currently hold a Associates degree in Accounting with emphasis in Human Resources. I am a mother of 4 children; ages Jason17, Alex 14, Chris 11, and my daughter Mickayla 9. And of course the boyfriend. I have a total of 22 lizards, 5 dogs, 1 hamster, 1 gerbil, 2 fish, and 1 rabbit. The lizards I have are: 2 Iguanas: 4.5 yr female-Houdini, 2.0 yr male-Slobber 6 Bearded Dragons: Grumpy, Mini, Stumpy, Spike, Micki, and Skippy 1 Basilick: named Big Al after my son 1 Uromastx named Uggi 6 Water Dragons: Reese, Snickers, Mars, Skittles, Wiggly, and Spearmint. 6 Leopard Geckos: Pinki, Raider, Leo, Spot, Lemon, and Spaz 1 Frilled Dragon: Mr. Attitude I am not an expert or anything, but I am a beginner and a learner also. I joined...oh, jeez, I don’t remember when I joined. It was a while ago, though. I’m still in school, struggling with the trig, but ah well. I’m fifteen {sixteen in June}, though have been told I act older? I’ve got 6 mini dachshunds, 3 cats, 8 crested geckos {one breeding pair}, 2 African Clawed Frogs, 1 Tree Frog, 1 Leopard Frog, a red eared slider, 2 snails {in the RES tank}, 2 hamsters, a rat, a guinea pig, a goldfish, and a cichlid. My boyfriend’s pets {technically mine, he doesn’t take care of them, anyway xP} are a beardie, two WDs, two cresties, an ACF, a painted turtle, and 3 Leopard frogs. The dreaded pictures...{you might want to cover your eyes, this may burn.} Most recent:

I have been on here sense.... May 2007 As it stands right now I stay home and do the housework sense the restaurant we had got stolen from us... long story... I am 21 with boyfriend and no kids however my younger brother and sister (nick 14 shae 9) stay at my house more often then they are at our parents’ house. They seem to like it here :D I have a total of 6 lizards, 2 turtles, 2 dogs, 16 chickens, 3 goldfish, 8 koi, and a stupid bird (the animals with fur and feathers live at my dad’s house because of my landlord not liking pets here, but they are mine :D) 2 CWD- both male Angus and Diego 2 Green Anoles- both male Mario and Luigi 2 Leopard Geckos- both female I think Lofa and Mosi - 2 red ear sliders - male and female- stewie and olivia (olivia is gravid!!!!) - 2 dogs-females -Chloe and a no name puppy 1 bird- orange 3 goldfishies- Chris, Meg, Brian Koi and Chickens dont have names... HEE HEE I have my own web site focused on lizard care the url is on my profile I am an "expert" on www.allexperts.com under category reptiles Glad to meet you two!

I guess it’s time I finally got around to introducing myself. My name is Jay. I’m living in Edmonton, but I’m originally from Regina (ugh!) I’m 27 and am a self employed siding installer. I’ve been keeping herps for around 4 years I think, and so far I’m looking after Eastern Collared Lizard Golden gecko Leopard gecko Brown basilisk Chinese water dragon Timor monitor 2 cats, an african clawed frog, and a handful of random fish. Oh yeah, and a couple tubs of Discoid roaches. I’m sure it’s only a matter of time until I add more to the collection, but for now I’ve used up all the space I can really afford, so until I move this is pretty much it. Oh, and I love sharing pics of the lizards! Timor monitor:

i thought you were older, yex =) geezle - it’s nice to see somebody so close to home.. though i’d nevr admit to being from regina.. sk in general, i lived in p.a for quite a while lol i’m soo jumping on the bandwagon lol i never introduced myself on the pics thread, in fact i’m not sure i introduced myself at all.. hard to say, i don’t remember when i joined, but i lurked a lot at first.. hell i still lurk a lot :D .. i’m 22, addictred to tattoos and animals, currently living in BC - in the village (yes.. it’s a village lol) of radium hotsprings.. heart of the rockies =) .. i move a lot so my zoo is growing and shrinking constantly.. i sling coffees for a living.. right now.. being as i move so much i also change jobs a lot, i’ve done everything from setting chokes, piling lumber, to bucking logs.. making flower arrangements, wedding planner, vegan cook, pastry chef, baker.. i get tired of doing the same thing all the time, so i don’t keep a job longer than a couple years at the most.. :S maybe someday i’ll settle down.. but my boyfriend of 3 years is just like me, so who knows.. we enjoy it =) at the moment, i only have my cwd, Enid who i aquired last august (july?) but in the past i’ve had fb newts, fb toads, salamanders, red eyed tree frogs, anoles, skinks, alligator lizards, garter snakes... i think that’s it.. as far as reptiles and the like goooo..... =) now that i think about it, i actually have had a lot of experience with animals in general.. it’d be mundane to list the pets i’ve had.. lol so all i have is enid and by april i’ll have adopted a kitty from the cranbrook spca.. i’m trying to talk my boyfriend into letting me get more rats and maybe another lizard or two.. we’ll have to see how well my powers of persuasion works :D oh.. and i love this forum, i’ve learned a lot here |

i had over 30 piercings at one time, but then i took them all out and i haven’t had a single one since.. they’ve all long since grown over and i don’t have any desire to get anymore.. i think it’s actually kinda gross, go figure :P you know, i think this is the first town i’ve ever been in that doesn’t have a mcdonalds.. lol! a few gas stations, a bar and some hotels.. it’s pretty sad.. but i don’t actually live there, where i live there isn’t even a single store.. it’s a pretty weird layout, i live in a place called dry gulch which is literally a bump on the road but because there’s nothing here, i have to be called a citizen of radium hotsprings lol |

I love piercings got my first when I was 14 (lip) I have peirced 16 different people not including ears, it was the fad at school lmao. I got a 2g in my ears... along with 5 ten gauges up and down my ears.... I took out the lip and septum peircings for working reasons... kept my eyebrow at a 10 gauge.... tongue is standard size... and thats it right now.... But I dont want to go into the other ones I took out lmao... Im definately addicted to piercings but like I said working reasons I am limited to options... My first tat is going to be an arm band, with a blue rose in the middle. (my mom has the blue rose on her shoulder blade so I am going to do the same rose in an arm band....) But I really cant wait :D |

I’ve been on this forum since Nov. or Dec. of 2007 I started keeping CWD’S A few days before I found this site, I started coming to this site because My female Jade (god I miss her  ) started laying her eggs in the water. I’ve had a Ball Python in the house for 12 years. I had frogs and toads and small lizards but no dragons til then and now I can’t stop the flood!...lol..
Oh ..and we live in Gainesville Ga....lol...I forgot to add where we live. I’ll have to find my cd with pictures on it. |

I’m Kathy. My gosh, I’m afraid to state my age...so far I’m the oldie here...I’m 41. I live in Southeast Michigan. Have lived in Michigan all my life, but grew up in Western Michigan. I’m married (16yrs) and have 3 boys. Chase ~ 9, Mason ~ 6 and Thayer will be 5 on April 8th. I’m a stay at home mom. My oldest is a Webelos II Cub Scout. I’m an active volunteer for the Boy Scouts. I’m also very active at school with my boys. My hobbies are scrapbooking and crafts and my LOVE for animals. My 4 legged friends are: Dog ~ Riley Cats ~ Cody, Nala, Sonic and Boo Leopard Gecko ~ Freckles Golden Gecko ~ Shadow 2 Firebelly Toads ~ Snap and Crackle...we used to have Pop, but he died last summer
1 Common Yard Toad ~ Baby Hopper Red Eared Slider ~ Herman and my beloved CWD ~ Gomez. We also had a Red Tail Boa for 3 years, but he died last August. His name was Rogy. We miss him. I think that’s enough to keep me busy. Nice to meet you all!

For now we have 2 dogs Ike is a 2 year old Pitt and Sarah is a 5 year old English Springer (best gaurd dog I’ve ever had) 2 cats Lil Rascal is 1 and Angel is 5 a 5 year old male Ball Python Fang (he’s actually Shawn’s)(though I do tend to take care of him.....)(LMAO) a 1 1/2 year old Green Iguana, Godzilla not sure of sex yet but leaning towards female and of course my Chinese Water Dragon Kitara. She’s 1 year old and I think she is gonna be a he (lol) not sure yet of course, but leaning towards male. Hubby just got me a digital camera for my birthday so gonna be posting an update on her sometime soon when I get a chance to take pics and stuff. She is dong sooo much better than she was a few months ago. YAY!!!! Anyway that’s my gang and on another note I don’t have any tattoos or piercings, well except for my ears which are closed up anyway. I have thought about getting just a small tat on my hip or such, like maybe a butterfly or a unicorn head, but I’m too much of a chicken, just can’t do it! LOL!! Also thought about getting my belly button pierced but haven’t for the same reason, that and I can just imagine one of my kids accidently ripping it out OUCH! Hubby on the other hand has several tats used to have a few piercings too but now just has his tongue ring. I only have one tattoo, but I would like to get a few more, I know where and what but haven’t found the time or a place yet. I’ve had piercings since I was 9, 6 in each ear, 2 in my bottom lip, and 1 in my nose...we’ll have to see bout anything else...lol |
