When the eggs cave in, it means that there is not enough moisture for the shell to keep its form. This does not mean they are duds right away; however, if they get black and start to smell, it’s probobly the time to let ’em go.
Keep incubating them. I’ve heard plenty of stories of people having caved eggs in which the babies were born and lived just fine.
Incubate the eggs at 84 degrees F. Do not let the temperature go below 80; keep them in moist vermiculite, moist enough so you can squeeze the substrate and it balls together but doesn’t drip. The beardie babies should hatch after 60 days of incubating.

Don’t put water directly into the eggs though! just a couple of drops in the corners of the tub will be sufficient. if the eggs are good they’ll plump back up. just a few drops, don’t over do it ok?

If they’e duds they’ll go yellowy or black, turn to total mush (which smells really bad) or go rock solid.
