OK on other note of bad news...Lela (Lelareed4) had a real bad fall....She fell down her stairs and broke her hip and 3 ribs and gosh I can’t remember every thing but she is a mess..I’ll be talking to her later tonight..... And yet more BAD news...Ursula (Clouddancer22) has the SWINE FLU!!!!!..John my husband talk to her today (she called while I was taking a nap..I haven’t slept in 3 days) and said she sounded awful...she’s been to the doctor and is on all kinds meds..... So I just thought I would ask everyone to keep them in your prayers...and for me too that I can keep it altogether...LOL..... THANKS EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..........Annie....>^..^<  |

ANd for goodness sakes! Lela has probably got some of the worst luck. definatly be sending out some prayers her way. So Ursula has H1N1? She’d better be taking it easy. Lots of rest and fluids!! Its treated the same as the other flu..its actually pretty much the same thing as the regular flu excpet it tends to go for the younger crowd instead of the older crowd. Anyways...sending prayers all your way! Take it easy Annie! Your going to wear yourself into the ground especially worrying about everybody! |

I’ve had a lot of crap and tragedies going on here myself, with a very difficult decision to make as a result....been debating with myself whether to post about it and ask my friends here for their advice or opinions, but it’s just so hard.... I just don’t know.... I will definitely keep everyone in my prayers and you hang in there too Annie!! |

Well I got an update on Lela and it’s not good...She went to her doctor today..(well yesterday now) She had blood in her urine last night and just wasn’t feeling good...I told her she needed to call her doctor first thing in the morning and she totally agreed....When she was in the ER that night it happened.. they never did a cat scan on her..and her doctor was really mad so he had one done...turns out that she also has a broken left ankle, broken left wrist, very bad bruised kidney and to top it all off 3 or 4 broken vertebrae in her lower back..oh and a broken bone in her right hand.....Her doctor had to order a back brace for her so she’ll have it in a couple of days..So along with her broken hip, ribs, toe, back, ankle, wrist & hand and not to mention bruised ribs, kidney and every thing else...She’s in pretty bad shape... Tried calling Ursula but just got her voice mail...so hopefully I will get her tomorrow.... I’ll do my best to keep everyone updated... Annie....>^..^< |

poor Lela! i feel so bad for her and everything she’s been through. and now this! thats a lot of bones to be broken at once (at all). i hope she heals real fast and feels a ton better. Cloud has the Swine Flu??? awe...i am scared of that! but, they say your o, if you get to the doc in time. Annie...thats all you need. another health issue in your house. i hope John is feeling better. that must have been scary for him! my mother in law ended up in the ER one night last month due to bloodflow stopped in the heart and brain. it was only for a few minutes, but we found her unconscious in the chair and leaning forward. that was scary! they kept her in the hospital for a few days to run tests and stuff. still dont know what caused it. but, she seems to be doing better. everyone is in our thoughts and prayers. this season doesnt seem to be starting off very well, does it. |

My husband (John) is feeling much better...he’s going back to work today..after being off for a week (sniff sniff that really hurts on the paycheck ) But I’m just glad he’s feeling better...God he scared me so bad when he stopped breathing on me..I saw my whole life pass before me..thinking OMG what am I going to do with out him... I thought you saved my life.. so you can’t leave me now...John saved my life 12 years ago when I had my 1st cardiac arrest...He had to do CPR on me for more than 13 minutes..He is my guardian angel....He is my life and I can’t live with out him...OK enough mushy stuff....LOL....
Well I finally talked to Cloud and she is feeling better..no more fever (her fever got up to 104) and she had to go back to work this week....she is a teacher and she is much needed....She still has a nasty nasty cough...but at least she’s feeling a little better.......I want to go up there and see her and help her...I’m SURE her boys are keeping the house clean..LOL..Yeah right...NOT!!!!!!!....But John doesn’t want me up there right now..He said I can’t take the chance on getting the swine flu..I don’t need it...It would be too hard on my heart.... Lela is feeling a little better now that she got her pain meds changed..What she was taking just wasn’t doing the trick...She was in so much pain the other night...I just wanted to jump on a plane and go back there to be with her...her hip keeps popping out of joint and her doctor wants to do surgery..but she says NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!....I can’t say as I blame her....Poor Lela is diabetic and she also has Lupus and she take FOREVER to heal.. So I hope God will bless her with a miracle and not have to go through surgery......Hang in there Lela... Well Thanks again everyone..... Annie....>^..^<  |

You know Jerri being in the medical field as long as I have been when a circumstance arises you just go into this mode and do what you have to do..you just kinda put it out of your mind who it is and do what you have to do to save this person life and then after it’s all over THAT’S when you fall to pieces and come unglued and fall into your depression..but until then you’ve got to hold it together...It takes a lot out you mentally & physically... I didn’t sleep for 3 days watching him like a hawk..jumping every time he had a muscle twitch...I’m still trying to catch up on my sleep....I look like a Zombie...ha I don’t need a costume for Halloween...LOL....I’m still a little nervous about him going back to work....not so much being at work but it’s the drive...he has to drive 30 miles away....I worry about him having a seizure while driving (and the good old fog has move in this morning so that means it will be back in tonight and he works a PM shift 2pm-10pm)..So I just have to put my trust in God..that he’ll take care of him..... |

My asthma complicates things. The second week I was sick, at least I was able to go to work, being no longer contagious. Then straight back home into bed each day, exhausted, lol! I feel pretty good now, but have another appointment (3rd) to get a chest exray to see why the cough won’t go away. I actually had to take pain meds for my ribs - guess all that coughing damaged the cartilage or something. Poor Lela! It just doesn’t quit!!!!! You are due for ever so much good luck now!!! And Annie, I am so glad that the doctor’s figured out about John’s meds! How scarey for you. But you are right, when disaster strikes you just have to go into another mode to handle everything. Thanks for all the prayers, that means a lot to me. And I always keep you guys in mine. (((hugs))) Don’t worry about me, I am fine. I am always fine. Lol. Just a few bumps along the way. |

 I know we have a lot going on in our family but when you think about it we have been so lucky. We still have our daughter, I’m still making it, I still have my marriage, and I thought that it was over. So really it is all in how you look at it  Thanks again everyone! |
