would a 48in legth by 30in width by 48in hight be good for 2 female adult water dragons?

Yeah, that sounds good. Just be sure to add enough basking and hiding spots to avoid one stressing the other out.

Oops, just noticed the width of 30 ins. That is rather short, even for one. Make that about 48" and you are good to go. As mentioned, you need to monitor how they get along. Quite often, the "alpha" dragon will stress out the other one. In a larger viv, this may not be such a big problem.
