My baby has a boo boo

My poor wd is not using his hand. It is just kind of dragging around behind him, I really can not afford a vet and I am working so many hours. He dont seem to be in any pain. He is still eating. I try and move it around and it dont seem to bother him but I can feel it pop when I stretch it out. I am hoping it is just an injury that will heal ok. If I must take him to a vet I will, is there anything I can do?

Is there any swelling on the hurt arm? Don’t stretch it out, let him hold his arm in a compfortable posisiton. If there is swelling, look for bite marks or any cuts, scratches or scabs. Is the water dragon in a cage by himself or are there others with him? Can he move his arm at all when you pick him up? Let me know, I’ve just had two dragons hurt themselves and i’ve managed to treat them myself. Email me, incase i forget to check the fourm.
