Can anyone please point me to a website where I can purchase the sterile soil for rico to lay her eggs in? She loves to dig and I have a whole thing that i want to set up where I put a 5 gallon tank filled with sterile soil inside of her 55 gallon tank...i hope she lays her eggs soon because she looks really uncomfortable and low to the ground...poor baby.

Just bake some potting soil in your oven. I think anything over 400F for an hour or so ought to do it. A lot of people bake their tree branches and ceramic items to disinfect them in lieu of disinfecting sprays. May I suggest using moist spahum moss in her laying box? Most dragons like it and it makes it much easier for you to retrieve the eggs.
