FINALLY MERLIN PICS 
Finally after the long await I have a camera and I’m not afraid to use it, I have tons of Merlin and his home photos that I hope you will now enjoy.

OMG thanks soo much for those complements   they made me almost cry I was soo happy, I’m not sure how many gallons it is but my Viv is BIG and I’ll have more Pics of Merlin tomarrow when he isn’t getting ready to go to bed. Merlin’s abit over 15 inches but looks smaller in the pics. Once again thanks SOO much for the AWESOME complements , I’ll have more pics tomarrow

Thanks my stepdad custom made it, it was made outta Lexan glass and the sides are aluminum I think and he drilled them into it so I didn’t have to use any toxic stuff, and the viv and everything in it cost us an arm and a leg lol, but thats ok as long as my Water Dragon Merlin and my Green Basilisk Emerald can live happy and healthy lives . I’ll be getting some silk vines too.

Absolutely superb housing! Merlin’s room is almost as big as YOUR’S! Merlin appears to be one well adjusted and happy dragon. You’re right-he doesn’t look 15" from the pics. Do you know his length and weight?

I’ll post a lot more Merlin pics tomorrow where you can see him more clearly but he was getting ready to go to bed, yeah his cage takes up a lot of space in my room and he is abit over 15 inches but I have no clue what his weight is. I’ll post more pics soon

Yr basilisk looks like a male from the markings on his back. cant say he looks good or not cos we cant even see him but keep his pics updated. Its nice to see a basilisk daveloping his crests. U can see my basilisk in the basilisk forum.

yeah I’ve seen your basilisk Jumanji, and yours is AMAZINGLY beautiful . And if I get too close to Emerald he runs away, I already knew that all Basilisk are skittish but Emeralds a case, when I’m gone he is having a good ol’ time in his cage and right when I open my door, the party stops and he runs underneath his hiding tree....it makes me wanna cry  because he’s sooo cute but he doesn’t like me to hold im or even look at him, if he does come out in his tank while I’m in my room he has his throat all puffed out and staring at me with an "evil" eye, just daring me to come over there and try to hold him...He is soo different than Merlin. I don’t understand I give Emerald food, water, and a great home and still he HATES me, its not natural... I’ll hand feed him and try to show him that I’m giving him food and helping him to survive but I guess that still won’t work in helping me tame him, because he will never be tame I guess. I managed to get some more good pics of him, also while he is in my hand and he is p’oed and not happy so he’s brown and has his throat puffed out and all in all looks MEAN. I’ll try to post them up but earlier it wouldn’t let me it said that the file couldn’t be uploaded something....

Basilisks in general are skittish but as some of us have mentioned before, lizards are individuals and some are better than the others. In yr case, u might have gotten a very timid basilisk. Maybe its because u house it with the WD. I dun know, just a suggestion. My basilisk used to be quite timid when he was young but now its a completely diff story. Everytime i go near his tank he’ll jump from his perch right to the front of the tank to greet me. I think he has learnt to associate me with his food. My basilisk has been living alone since young. Give yr basilisk some time. He’ll grow out of it, I think.

Its blurry but in this pic I’m holding Emerald and he’s giving me the Evil Eye
the best one I have is him on the water fall but he’s really mad and he has his throat puffed out
how I got this one is beyond me...
thats all of Emerald for now. I hope he grows out of his mean timidness, if not I don’t know what I’ll do. And I have no other option for Emerald to live in except the tank he is in with Merlin now. But Merlin doesn’t cause any problems for him that I know of....
