hi, i dont know if i should feed my lizards pinkies or not. on ’tricias water dragon page’ it says you have to but then on some of you posts you say crickets and melee worms are ok thanks.

pinkies are good for like 2 or 3 times a month and mealies and waxworms should be used as treats since mealies have a high chitin and waxs have to much fat these are good main foods
superworms, crickets, grasshoppers, silkworms, earthworms, fruits and veggies, roaches, and some people actually feed them anoles and house geckos(but i don’t)
