 Screen, Wire, or plexiglass cages?

I kind of want to go the in-expensive route and build a 6 foot tall cage that has wooden back and sides, but im not sure if I should have a plexiglass, screen, or wire door in the front (6 foot tall door) Can screens hold in humidity without using a fogger?

Screens for the door opening wood be fine... if the rest is wood enclosure. And to be less expensive they do not need a 6 foot tall inclosure. What are they dementions for the width and depth??? If you put wood on 3 sides you might want to consider a few vents on two sides for some air flow.
