 Food shortage!
most of the toads here have hibernated and i tried fishing in the murky lake but there was nothing to catch. i guess thats because the fish can’t see well in murky water when it’s usually clear. i’v been feeding them last resort toads and the last few wandering ones the road but those are inexperienced and not much of a meal.i forgot i have 4 water snakes. (2 broad banded, 1 banded,1 southern)there are minnows and some tadpoles in the stream in my backyard. i fed some but their hunger wasn’t filled.so what shal i do?

Fish trap can be placed in water with bread...trust me I did this in winters and still caught plenty of fish

also for minnows sized prey you can put a small amount of cat/dog food( dry kind) inside a smalle container and caught a crap load of small fishina 5 hour period . I do this when I go fishingthe night befoer and usely have to dump over half the fish out when I check the trap on the way out . I had it so full once that it looking like i had packed it .
