 Feeding & lighting

how often do you feed your water snakes in winter? mine are slowing down on the eating.also,should i turn their heating lamp off until spring or should i keep it on from sunrise until sunset everyday? or make a lighting scedule? or change the bulb to a cooler one? so many questions lol
