 Earth worms...where to get them

hi, where does everyone or anyone get earth worms? someone told me not the bait shop-thats no good. in the wild then? let me know. M-

I catch my worms in the garden, its fine as long a no pesticides have been used recently.

LOL I’m a worm farmer!!! LOL J/K
You can go into your back yard and look under logs and stones.
I did that yesterday looking for bait and found about 30. 32 worms lifting up like 2 rocks.

I just called walmart and they have 24 of what they call nightcrawlers (haven’t got any yet to see them) but they are $3. I’m not the biggest walmart fan so I might try looking under rocks. though I’m looking thru these posts because I want to breed them, if feasible.

find a nice grassy are with short grass and go out at night with a flashlight. (not to brite) and you gotta be quick there fast for little deaf blind legless critters that live in the dirt. lol

WOW!!! i posted this soooo long ago lol. ....hehe and gone through a couple dozen containers of earthworms by now. but, thanks anyways...

by the way... i get my earthworms at walmart. they are super healthy and HUGE!!! and cheaper than ACE hrdwr or any bait shop. plus, they sell them year round, unlike the other places.
