 Superworms diet

Hey guys
i just ordered 100 suerworms and i know they eat potatoes and the bran they are in but how many potatoes would get devoured in 1 day and in 1 week?

I would change the potatoes or fruit every coupple of days because if it dries out and theres no moisture for them, the will start to eat eachother! Yes its gross but true.
