it is not illegal everywhere, laws are different from state to state. i have 5 baby american toads I caught in the wild.. I feed them love them and keep them safe clean and warm.. OMG that is so cruel.. We really should stick to if you can’t say something without being mean and nasty about it don’t say anything at all...

I found a toad exactly like that one, i kept it for a couple minutes and then put in mybackyard, cause that’s where i found it. i didn’t want to keep it cause i know that’s not right to keep a wild animal! and plus, i couldn’t put it in the tank with my egyptian toad.

before i found a hurt americain toad in nova scotia he was badddly hurt and almost git ran over by i jeep so i brought him home not pei.....by the time he was better it was winter and by spring my kids had tamed him i tied to let him so but he would have never surived
