Wow, i just candled them and what i saw is veins and a dark blotch at the bottom as if it was the chameleon that was sitting on the bottom of the egg, so does this sound good?? Oh and what is weird is that the few eggs that look bad on the inside, they look pretty good in the inside, they still have veins and it looks like there is still an embreyo, you think that they still might be good??

yea man there good , when i see mold thats when i know there not gona hatch and they are infertile so aslong as they dont mold there is a living lil baby cham in there but dont worry some clutches take longer then others because there all different jesse but it should be any day now jesse just keep on checking and check closely cause i had to look at the first egg hatching for a good minute to see it actually had a slit in the side and a baby was moving inside i was sooo hyped up from there on in man honeslty man your gona be realll happy you hatched these lil buggers well a pround dad ahahah but ill ttyl jesse

i have a question or two. as far as the humidity goes do i want trace amounts of moisture buildup on the sides at all times or do i want it to dry out at times? right now there is no buildup and the temp is at 81.1, and i just turned the lamp off.i like to keep it around 75. ok. now some of the eggs are starting to dent should we go through them and weed out the dented? because we’re not keeping them all.

Serenity- I dont follow, do you mean that do u want moisture for the sides of the container where the eggs are in??
Boothy- So dude are you telling me that they still are good, YESS, i am so happy, i thought that more then half wernt going to make it, none molded, everything is a ok but the second clutch has about 5 molded eggs. My second clutch is doing awesome though, im so happy right now, i cannot wait. Any day now, im thinking i should bring them to the missisauga expo thats coming up in 40 more days, if i can im going to rent a table there and im going to sell them all, but how would i transport them there, its a 4 hour drive.

hey serenity yes you want that moister build up on the sides of the tupper ware on the inside that means its just moist enough , you might wana mist every day or other if your using a hova bator incuabtor because i find them to dry up in a 24 hr period so i mist the tops of my tupper ware container holding my eggs every night ,
And YES jesse they are still good , iv read that some clutches take 9 months it just depends on how well they were developed inside the egg befor she layed them so just be patient man and they will hatch lol but ill ttyl man peace

if i was you jesse i would keep them until they are 3 months of age then you have some well started chams that ppl will appreaciate and you can get more then $25 a baby becuase if you just try and sell them at a young age then ppl think oh this guy doesnt take care of his chams very well and trust me ppl will think your out to lunch if yea do that, so keep them to around 3 months of age because in that 3 months is the most crusial time for the babies and some might die and you dont want a baby dieing and someone coming back to you saying oh it died and then you get a bad rep and no one will buy off you so just keep them to around the 3 month mark and you should get rid of them pretyy good

hey jesse , no i wouldnt sell them at that age because they are to small and when a newbe gets one it will most likely die because they are so fragile trust me i really advise you to keep them until atleast 3 months just so there a good age for ppl who maybe newbies or has been keeping chams for awile they will always buy a cham of 3 months old then say a 2 week old or a month old and you will get more for them but im telling you know you might make money on this and you might not its 50/50 to tell you the truth my first clutch costed me money but i dont care at all i love to watch these lil guys rip around and get some exspierence doing it and now ill never stop breeding chams man itll be my hobby so just sell them at 3 months so you get a lil more for them and to get a lil exspierence keeping babies but if uea got anymore questions man just ask me

I KNOW EH, I cannot wait until they hatch, I dont know if they are sweating, im typing at school so right when i get home ill check. Oh danm i seriously cant wait any longer, lol it better be soon or ill crack open the eggs myself, lol just kiddin but seriously i really hope that its soon. that bouy jesse , ppl will now think you are responsibile enough to take care of 30 some odd babies at once and when they hear that ou raised them to that size they will be more then happy and know your not an idiot and do know how to take care of them and when you get a newbie just be nice to them try and fill there brains with asmuch stuff as possible or write some really important things down for them and ask if they have the internet! and if they do give them abunch of sites to go to to ask queestions about there cham and so you can better help out your customer and make them feel like they made the right choice (you) to buy there cham off you and make sure you give ppl a 7 day garaentee money back just incase one dies then again ppl will think oh hes a goood enough guy to give your money back if it dies then he must be a good salesman but make sure you keep the money lol ahah for seven days i know itll be hard to but you have to just incase someone comes back , just make sure you take care of the babies and you wont have anyone come back but i hope they hatch very soon like i cant wait anymore ahahaah

Yea ill be a great sales man and ill ask them questions and everything, now if all goes wel i can make $2500.00 selling them all, thats the ammount of money for 36 babies, i have 39 but i will be keeping 2 and giving one to my friend for free and trust me, he knows much, he owns reptiles so hes not a noob, but when i sell them then i will know if they are noobs or not. Now heres my new plan, im not going to the expo thats going to be happening on April 29th because i have to go to Muskoka for the weekend and it starts 28th, how unlikely eh but itll be better because im going to go to the June 24th expo instead and then i will sell my babies then but i really hope they hatch soon, like in the next week cuz i want them to be nice and big and healthy for the expo to sell them, well any day now, I cannot wait any longer, lol seriously a cant wait, i am so ready!!

Time is all in mother natures hands just as long as they take Jesse.
Last time i was on i said my 4Th clutch only had a few days to go well the few days have now turned into a lot 188 days and still waiting .Temps fine humidity spot on did candle some the other night and they look good just so frustrating but since my idiotic thing with my first lot i will just wait .Hopefully not much longer as she is showing singes of another lot with her 5Th clutch doing well and my corn snakes (all 6 off them ) getting ready to drop their eggs soon i am slowly but surely running out of space for incubators (not )

Yes i will wait, i am planning on having them ready for the expo but it might not happen, but you never know, now this is going to sure be a late clutch, i wonder how many day they have been incubating for, im going to candle them again later to see how they are doing, now is it okay if they have brown on it, some of the eggs seem to have brown on the egg, is this fine?? Oh and how long does it take after sweating before they hatch?? One more thing, once they dent, how long will it take before they hatch. Now i thiink a few of the eggs are sweating because they look like it to me.

hey jesse does that brown on the eggs look like its almost rotting?? cuase if it does then they are sweating forsure man lol take a picture of them and show me, because ill be able to tell you if there sweating , but when eggs start to sweat and dent it can take up to a month for them to hatch , there alll different jesse mine hatched within a day or two of sweating so just keep an eye on them every few hours now jesse and you should have some babies soon lol yes i hope there sweating

YESS, okay sorry i havnt replied in a while, just enjoying the weekend, now i dont have any pics at the moment, but i have good news, no they didnt hatch yet, lol. My friend who also has expirence with reptiles told me to cut one of the eggs (the one that looked the worst) so i did and i saw the little baby, it was all pink with 2 black eyes, curled in a ball, tail, legs and claws. It was really neat and im glad because it looked real good, i guess im saying, it might look bad on the outside but it may still be good on the inside. I do know it was a waste of an egg but it had to be done. Im estimating for another month. I will fix the camera this week and get some pics.

hey jesse yea your eggs might take awile yet to hatch because you said that the baby was still pink on the inside so itll be awile yet befor they hatch jesse and how well formed was the baby?? does it have all its feet and tail , you should have taken a picture if you still have it? i would liek to see it please and thank you, i was gona do that a week befor mine hatched but i was liek naw ill just keep my patience lol ahah but hope some atleast hatch soon but ill ttyl jesse

i think thats awsome jesse, i woulda but i now im thankful i didnt because all my eggs hatched even the two small ones and good sized babies came out , so was the baby about to form skin or was it still in the process of forming, i just want to know because if they do then they should be ready soon but i shouldnt make a date becuase they will hatch when they want to lol i just want them to hatch NOW!!! ahah i got another 4 or 5 months left hopefully i last clutch hatched in 188 days so im hopeing this one does the same but again all clutchs are different but enough said jesse , oh a couple posts ago you said you were going to muskoka , i live in orillia its like 20mins from muskoka , where did you end up going ? just wondering cause i know most of the area but ill ttyl jesse

The baby was formed, its just its skin that has to be formed and MAN IM EXCITED, very very very soon they shall hatch, im so excited and i will sell them at the june expo, if timing goes well, lol, Well this clutch shoould hatch next month and my other cluctch is 3 months old so im thinking that they should hatch in Augest. But like you said they could hatch whenever they want, lol. Oh im going to muskoka on april 28th for feild trip and we will be staying there for a couple of days, im not sure to the exact place im going to in muskoka but ill find out. Peace it Boothy.

hey jesse , hopefully my 4th clucth hatches in aguast to lol i cant wait for a new batch to come ,just when they hatch i mean be very gentle cause they are tiny and there usually all wobbly so just kinda cup your hands around them because i was soo excited i droped a baby but he was fine its just you dont wana take the chance of killing them by droping them but if you have any questions befor they hatch just let me know man illtry my best to answer them but ill ttyl man peace
