oh forgot to tell you jesse i bred my female veild again yesturday with my cousins male so we should have some eggs very soon and another clutch incubating so here i go starting all over again, oh i still have 24 babies left just to keep yea updated but im geting rid of them soon and ill have a brand spankin new panther chameleon on feb 25 at the ontario canada reptile expo but ill post some pics of the female geting bred but ill ttyl all later and peace out jesse

well 122 days and she is at it again (digging ) that is am expecting her 5Th clutch any time now 
with her 4Th just 20 odd days to hatching day i am still as worried this time as i have been for the past 4 will try to update you on events as often as i can

Well the stress and waiting are done she had a smaller clutch than her last two (63,64 )only 54 but the main thing is she laid them without any complications as each time she puts me through this i worry she wont make it as she is getting on in cham years 5Th clutch in 2.5 years and all this egg laying is bound to shorten her life with the amount it takes out off her body to produce all those eggs .In the time she has been in my care she has laid a staggering 265 eggs.If only there was a solution to slowing the egg making machine up  .Not that i am one for tampering with the cycle off life but it just seams so hard on reptiles that have only one thing to do in life reproduce weather they want to or not .

PS to all the people on hear who worry and say there female has not laid (i wish for this ) don’t worry .

thats alot of eggs alan 265 my female is 1yr and 6months and shes layed 179 eggs already but shes only layed 3 clucthes and yea i dont know wat it is with them being a egg laying machine its like the duty to bring as much babies into this world as possible

Hey thats great news Boothy, i hope all works well, yea i do want a panther too one day but as soon as i get the money for one and make sre i get everything settled with my other reptiles first. oh the excitement begins lol ahahah but dont worry when they hatch be careful and calm down cause they are very very tiny and very very fragile so just try and cup them up cause they will run from you lol but hope they all hatch and survive for you but if some die dont be dishearted by its just they were not strong enough to live and just think in the wild they have to dig there way out over ten inches of earth but keep me updated soon as they hatch ok jesse ttyl ok

hey jesse my female is done laying her eggs and done barrying them back up and im gona wait till the mourning to take them out and start incubating and once again im starting all over again but this time should be alot better cause i know wat to do right off the bat and hopefully nothing goes wrong (knock on wood) and they all hatch , this clutch that i hatched had 19 males and 18 females so im gona try a lower temp this time around 24 to 25 the hole incubation time and just see what happens, see if i get more males then females or the other way around but i dont think im ever gona stop breeding veilds there soo much fun to watch as they grow from barely an inch stv and grow to 6+ inches in almost 3 months its just awsome to have this exsperience and to spend the time to take care of them, i could just watch them all day and never get bored but hope your eggs hatch soon jesse and good luck ill ttyl jesse

oh yea jesse you gota watch them everyday now to see if they have hatched and my female layed 44 eggs yesturday and they are all white and big to so there really healthy this time and i just finished puting them in the incubator and now im starting all over again YEA another 6 or 7 months wait lol ahah but ill tttyl and will post pics soon of the eggs

thanks jesse oh i forgot to tell you to that my buddies bearded dragon layed 28 eggs and i have them in my incubator right now so hope some of them hatch cause its her first clutch and they usually only have a few hatch the first time so we will see how things go from there, and yea the excitement is building everyday eh , you just keep on geting more impatient each day lol but should be anyday and make sure you look closely at the eggs cause some of them will sweat and that means hatching time and some wont sweat at all and some will just dent in so make sure you look each egg over carefully and see if there sweating or if ones has already got a slit in the egg but ill ttyl jesse peace man

Hey bro, yea i have 2 bearded dragons too, someday im going to use it for breeding because i have a normal and an orange morph, they are just still to young to breed though so i will have to wait. Yea im so excited, i do not beleive every single one is going to hatch because some are yellow but alot are still white. I am looking at the eggs every day and waiting with excitement. yea ill see if they are sweating, hey how long does it take to hatch after you see them sweating??

it can take upto a week or two but mine hatched a day or two after sweating, and some just sweated and hatched right away and some didnt sweat they just hatched but take a flashlight and look in your incubator if you see the egg shell all soft and watery looking then it is sweating

Bessie just dropped out her 5th batch of eggs, and of course it’s in one of her pothos again, i don’t know why i even bother with the lay box’s any more, lol.
OH, and we just had dragon eggs too last week, our dragon layed 32 eggs.

Hey guys well we have a new couple to add to the list , Serenity and Chaos have mated on Valentines Day and we already saw the eggs in an xray in Dec. so let the waiting begin. Boothy those babies are the cutest! I’m looking for best suggestions on incubators. I’ve done quite a bit of research, does everyone agree on perlite for the substrate? And temps 65-75. Tupperware container with holes for ventilation, and where do you stand on keeping the incubator in light or dark?
Can’t wait to see what the babies turn out like, looks like they should be hatching around sept or oct if my math is correct.
